Accounts Payable Admin

Accounts Payable Admin Key Responsibilities: Manage vendor invoices, including coding, approvals, reconciliations, and payment processing. Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and vendors to investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues. Monitor invoice workflows, support month-end activities, and identify opportunities to improve AP efficiency. Utilize Sage Intacct and automated invoice management systems to maintain accurate financial records. Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Admin: 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
