Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Treasury Coordinator to join their team. As a Treasury Coordinator, you will be part of the Treasury Department supporting banking operations and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Pay Range: $20 to $28 on w-2 basis

Duration: to December 23, 2026

What's the Job?

• Perform user entitlements on multiple online banking portals for newly acquired entities and maintain current user status across a global network of bank accounts.
• Review, coordinate with subsidiaries, and decide on daily positive pay/payee exceptions, submitting data for monthly positive pay reports.
• Review petty cash and physical checkbook exceptions annually, working with businesses to optimize cash management processes.
• Complete and understand FATCA Compliance forms, collaborating with Tax teams on relevant documentation.
• Maintain accurate records to support annual audits and assist in merchant services tasks as needed.

• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail across banking systems and user functions.
• Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Experience in treasury, banking, or audit environments with a basic understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll functions.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate outcomes and prepare accordingly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, concise interactions.
