Als Onboarding Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) begleitest du am Wochenende unsere Pflegekrfte im Bewerbungs- und Onboarding-Prozess vom ersten Kontakt bis zur erfolgreichen Integration bei unseren Partnerunternehmen. Du sorgst dafr, dass alle Informationen stimmen, die Kommunikation reibungslos luft und unsere Kandidat:innen bestens betreut sind.
Aufgaben
- Begleitung unserer Pflegekrfte Du bist die erste Ansprechperson und begleitest unsere Kandidaten vom ersten Kontakt bis zur erfolgreichen Integration bei unseren Partnerunternehmen.
- Individuelle Betreuung Du nimmst die Wnsche und Anforderungen der Pflegekrfte auf und sorgst fr einen reibungslosen Bewerbungsprozess.
- Onboarding, das begeistert Du sorgst dafr, dass der Einstieg bei unseren Partnerunternehmen fr die Pflegekrfte so einfach und angenehm wie mglich wird.
- Proaktive Kommunikation Du stehst im regelmigen Kontakt mit Kandidaten und stellst sicher, dass sie whrend des gesamten Prozesses optimal informiert und betreut werden.
- Schnittstelle zwischen Kandidaten und Teams Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internen Abteilungen wie Candidate Excellence Management und Account Management zusammen, um die bestmgliche Candidate Experience zu bieten.
- Effiziente Datenpflege Du dokumentierst alle wichtigen Informationen zu den Kandidaten und hltst relevante Kennzahlen stets up to date.
Mit Deiner Untersttzung schaffst Du ein groartiges Onboarding-Erlebnis und strkst die Bindung zwischen Pflegekrften und unseren Partnerunternehmen!
Qualifikation
- Kommunikationsstrke und Empathie Du bist kontaktfreudig und kannst Dich gut in die Bedrfnisse unserer Pflegekrfte hineinversetzen.
- Kundenorientierung Du legst Wert darauf, eine groartige Candidate Experience zu schaffen, und gehst die Extra-Meile fr unsere Pflegekrfte.
- Organisationsgeschick Du bist strukturiert und behltst auch bei vielen parallelen Aufgaben den berblick.
- Eigeninitiative und Lsungsorientierung Du packst proaktiv an, findest kreative Lsungen und trgst zur Verbesserung unserer Prozesse bei.
- Digitale Affinitt Du fhlst Dich im Umgang mit Tools wie CRM-Systemen, Slack und Zoom wohl und lernst schnell neue Systeme kennen.
- Teamfhigkeit Du arbeitest gerne mit anderen zusammen und trgst aktiv zu einer positiven Teamatmosphre bei.
- Lernbereitschaft Auch ohne Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich kannst Du durch unsere Coachings und Mentoring-Programme schnell durchstarten.
- Wir erwarten von Dir Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau, nachgewiesen durch Deinen Lebenslauf oder entsprechende Bescheinigungen. Du wirst nmlich mit Personen auf Kunden- und Kandidatenseite verhandeln, die Entscheidungen treffen werden. Eindeutigkeit in der Verstndigung ist daher erforderlich.

Rahmenbedingungen
- 520 -MiniJob (ca. 8 h pro Woche / 15 pro Stunde)
- Einsatz: 1 Tag pro Wochenende (Samstag oder Sonntag)
- Einarbeitung: unter der Woche oder am Wochenende
- Remote-Option: Arbeiten von berall, sowohl die Einarbeitung als auch die Arbeit am Wochenende ist remote mglich
