About the Role

The Company is in search of an SVP of Operations to lead the strategic and tactical aspects of operational excellence within its eCommerce business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive operations strategy that ensures the seamless and premium brand experience. This includes driving operational innovation in fulfillment, shipping, returns, and inventory management, as well as leading end-to-end supply chain operations and optimizing fulfillment efficiency. The role also involves building operational capabilities to support fast-growing DTC and marketplace channels, overseeing customer service strategy, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to align operational initiatives with business goals. Applicants for the SVP of Operations role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of operations leadership experience, with a strong background in eCommerce and DTC retail, particularly within the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle sectors. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supply chain strategy, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service for omnichannel retail, and a deep understanding of eCommerce technologies. Strong analytical and financial acumen, proven ability to scale operations, and experience in managing third-party partners and internal cross-functional teams are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA or advanced degree.
