Saint Paul, MN 55110 10+ Months Contract Mon-Fri 8:00AM-4:30PM

Shipping/receiving with client and USPS. Printing, scanning Ricoh Trac, assembling, cutting, binding, punching of documents. Stocking supplies and keeping inventory. Emailing, calling, and communicating with client. Someone who can communicate well, both with our team and client. Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly. Basic knowledge of office programs, outlook, excel, word, teams. Experience in basic shipping/receiving as well as basic printing and binding. Extensive periods of time sitting at computer and standing while working on product assembly. A little lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume printers, copiers, and document imaging equipment.
• Perform printing, copying, scanning, cutting, punching, binding, stapling, and other finishing tasks.
• Use document imaging and document management software.
• Handle client and USPS shipping and receiving.
• Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Prepare shipments and receive incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain inventory and stock office/print supplies.
• Maintain daily meter, service, inventory, and billing logs.
• Check copier/printer quality, clear basic paper jams, and report equipment issues to technicians.
• Respond to customer questions regarding job status and requirements.
• Communicate professionally with both the client and onsite team.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, email, and other basic office systems.
• Deliver completed print jobs to designated locations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked print/copy areas.
• Perform filing, document archiving, and other document-management tasks as needed.
• May assist with meeting/conference room setups and other building-support duties.
• May require occasional overtime, including nights or weekends.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Typically, 12 years of related experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience with basic printing/copying and bindery/finishing.
• Experience with basic shipping and receiving, preferably client/USPS.
• Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and email.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate office machines and technical equipment.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on site requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Combination of sitting at a computer and standing while performing production/assembly work.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and stretching.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing approximately 5055 lbs.
• May occasionally need to push or pull equipment on wheels.
• May need to walk between buildings.
• Moderate hand/eye coordination and dexterity required.
