Job Description

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An urgent opportunity is available for a full-time pharmacist to provide emergency coverage at a well-established community health center pharmacy. This role requires immediate start and is scheduled for Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The assignment is expected to last four weeks, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities include managing all aspects of pharmacy operations within a retail/community health setting, working alongside experienced pharmacy technicians to ensure safe and effective medication dispensing, patient counseling, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The system in use is Rx30, so familiarity with this platform is essential.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Recent retail or community pharmacy experience.
Current pharmacist licensure.
Proficiency with Rx30 pharmacy software.
Ability to work well with a pharmacy team, including technicians.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.

Location:

Selma, CA. Local candidates highly preferred for immediate availability.
Travelers considered with provisions for mileage and meal stipends, as well as hotel accommodations.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
