Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and follow-up evaluations with clients to determine their mental health status and therapeutic needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique experiences, preferences, and goals.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive techniques to support diverse patient populations.

• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions, track progress, and manage client information consistently and accurately.

• Facilitate referrals to additional healthcare professionals such as psychiatrists or specialists when needed to enhance client care.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism by observing ethical guidelines, client confidentiality, and professional boundaries during all interactions.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to continuously develop clinical skills and address complex cases effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling or a related area.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and mastery of various evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Capacity to work with individuals from varied backgrounds and with distinct experiences, coupled with a commitment to delivering culturally responsive therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
