Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand the specific mental health and substance abuse needs of clients, employing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on assessment results, continuously adjusting them to meet the evolving needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Ensure meticulous and timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment progress, and outcomes using our secure electronic health records (EHR) system.

• Collaborate actively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, contributing to case reviews, consultations, and care coordination to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
