Senior Property Manager - Affordable Housing This is a contract-to-hire hire opportunity. This is an on-site opportunity in San Francisco, CA. As a Senior General Manager, you will oversee supportive housing properties, lead on-site teams, and create safe, stable communities for residents. This role combines property operations, team leadership, compliance oversight, and resident engagement to ensure high-quality housing experiences and strong community partnerships. Job Responsibilities Lead, coach, and supervise on-site property management teams across one large site or multiple properties. Oversee daily property operations, tenant relations, occupancy, and unit turnover. Ensure compliance with housing regulations, funding requirements, and fair housing laws. Manage site budgets, rent collection, invoices, and financial reporting. Collaborate with service providers, vendors, and community partners to support resident success. Job Skills/Requirements 4+ years of management, project administration, or leadership experience. Experience leading teams and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with property management, supportive housing, or social services environments is preferred. Additional Information On-site role supporting formerly homeless individuals in permanent supportive housing. Local travel between properties and partner agencies may be required. Occasional evening, emergency response, and infrequent overnight travel may be required.
