Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, ensuring accurate and empathetic client engagement.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans informed by assessment findings, aligning therapeutic goals with client aspirations.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor and document clients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to offer comprehensive, holistic care tailored to each client.

• Advocate for clients’ rights and promote access to essential mental health services and community resources that enhance their overall well-being.

• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines as stipulated by state licensing boards and the professional community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving individuals and families grappling with various emotional and psychological challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions. You will work closely with clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent care that respects and acknowledges their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid LMFT licensure in the state of Arizona is essential.
