VP/ Controller - Private Equity (First in-house hire) A rapidly growing private equity firm with approximately $1B in AUM is seeking its first in-house finance hire to partner directly with the CEO and Partners. This is a highly visible opportunity for someone looking to step beyond a traditional fund accounting role and become a strategic leader within a fast-growing investment platform. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you'll have ownership over the firm's finance infrastructure while working across fund accounting, management company accounting, treasury, compliance, financial reporting, and strategic finance . As the organization continues to scale, you'll play a key role in building processes, improving controls, and helping shape the long-term direction of the finance function.
