Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a glass decal manufacturing facility in Toledo, OH. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional to join a growing team and develop into an Account Coordinator role over time. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting customers while coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance, attendance, business needs, and overall fit within the company culture.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support daily customer service activities including order entry, documentation, customer communication, sample and proof tracking, and follow-up on time-sensitive orders. You will work closely with account specialists, production, shipping, and other internal teams to keep customer requests moving forward.

Cardinal Staffing Services is invested in their team members! All employees are offered competitive compensation of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).

Available Shift: 1st shift

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support customer communication through phone calls, emails, and order updates
• Assist with order entry and review purchase orders for accuracy
• Maintain accurate customer records, order notes, approvals, and documentation
• Track samples, proofs, revisions, and customer approvals
• Follow up on missing information needed to keep orders moving forward
• Coordinate with internal teams including production, shipping, purchasing, and quality
• Monitor critical or time-sensitive orders and communicate updates
• Assist with new customer setup and onboarding processes
• Prepare reports, documents, labels, and other administrative materials as needed
• Maintain professional and timely communication with customers and team members

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, administrative, order entry, or manufacturing office experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines
• Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and data entry systems
• Ability to learn customer requirements, products, and internal processes
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions or escalate concerns
