What You'll Do

• Provide professional nursing care to patients with varied care needs
• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and reassessments
• Administer medications following the SIX rights
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond per ACLS protocols
• Develop and revise individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment and pain management
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
• ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certifications
• 1+ years of nursing experience in critical care or emergency environment preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a small facility
• Strong critical thinking, communication, organization, and stress management skills
