Flora King is a growing, owner-operated Argentine-inspired steakhouse located two blocks from the historic Castro Theatre. We are entering an exciting next phase with our full liquor license launching soon and are strengthening our kitchen leadership.
This is a hands-on, working position on the line. We are seeking a strong cook or grounded junior sous who values execution, consistency, and professionalism.
Who You Are3+ years professional kitchen experience
Strong fundamentals: sauté, grill, meat cookery, timing, seasoning
Organized and disciplined on your station
Calm under pressure
Reliable and consistent
Comfortable working within an established culinary vision
Previous sous experience is welcome, provided you enjoy leading by example on the line.

Compensation$24–28 per hour DOE
