Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive, Denver

We are seeking an experienced Sales, Artistry, and Education Executive based in the Denver Metro area- covering The Rockies Region, that is passionate about the clean color category and safe, performance driven ingredients. They will be an example and advocate of the ILIA lifestyle and a champion of our in-store presence and client experience. Strong communication skills are critical for this candidate as it will enable them to educate the store teams on our unique point of difference. This position will have a significant impact on our retail sales performance and overall ranking. This role is open to candidates based in the Denver metropolitan area and reports to the Regional Sales Manager of Artistry & Education - Central. Responsibilities Train retail store teams on product attributes, ingredients, and application technique; lead by example by displaying ILIA’s core values Act as a liaison between ILIA and our retail partners, namely in-store and regional leadership Build & develop a strong, results-driven freelance artistry team Analyze & maintain regional sales reports and freelance performance ROI Maintain clear communication with HQ and accounts Calculate and achieve seasonal and monthly goals for the territory by store Work at the store level to rectify inventory discrepancies and elevate trends to field leadership Understand retailer specific cultures and modify approach to achieve success Develop event activation programs to increase brand presence in critical doors and ensure proper execution Drive business in region through creativity, education, and field strategy Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners resulting in increased understanding of the business and category Leverage your negotiation skills to secure opportunities to increase brand awareness and visibility in region Qualifications 3-5 years’ cosmetic sales experience in an account executive or management role or as an experienced account coordinator Experience working with ULTA required Excellent organization and communication skills; written, verbal and presentation Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel Ability to work a flexible work schedule – weekends & holidays required Ability to speak to a group, inspire and motivate teams with previous experience managing & developing a freelance team Ability to work collaboratively and build positive & effective business partnerships Proactive, self‑motivated individual with high level of energy and motivation Experience or exposure to working with Sephora required Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required Benefits $75,000-$85,000 USD* Bonus Opportunity Health Benefits - 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision coverage Flex Time Off - No cap on personal time off and paid company holidays Seasonal Flex Days - Flexible scheduling to enjoy extra time under the sun during the Spring & Summer season Parental Leave - Up to 18 weeks paid parental leave 401(k) - Save for your future with a 401(k) with a company match Flexibility & Wellness Stipends - Monthly stipends to support remote work & self-care Hybrid Work Model - Find your flow, working from home or from one of our offices ILIA Products - Quarterly stipend to replenish your favorite products and try new ones *This is the anticipated salary range for this position.
