Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our staff. Responsibilities:
Greet patients, families, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
Manage and coordinate front-desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and handling routine correspondence
Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the waiting room and staff lounge
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the administrative team
Requirements:
1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (training provided)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn our electronic medical records system
