Schedule: Full-time, in-shop (no remote)

Compensation & Package

• Competitive base hourly pay ($20 minimum/hr DOE) Bonus cap at $125K
• Performance bonuses tied to shop results and customer satisfaction

Your Role:

• Be the face of our shop — greeting customers and listening to their concerns
• Accurately write repair orders (RO Writer system)
• Explain inspections and recommended repairs clearly and honestly
• Offer financing options to help customers make the best decision
• Keep workflow smooth between customers and technicians

Minimum Standards:

• On-time, professional presence every day
• Clear and honest communication with customers and teammates
• Delivering results that grow the shop — not excuses
• 90-day probation: earn your spot, prove your value, then grow

Progression:
Advisors can grow into Workflow Managers or even Area Leadership. This isn’t just a job — it’s a career path.
