Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality urgent care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate patient care while efficiently managing emergency situations and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival, delivering immediate and effective care.
  
  
• 
  Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in clinical status.
  
  
• 
  Document patient histories, care plans, and treatment progress accurately and thoroughly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with physicians, technicians, and other staff to develop and implement patient care strategies.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and post-care procedures.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active, valid Registered Nurse license.
  
  
• 
  Possess recent experience working in an Emergency Room or similar acute care environment.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate proficiency in emergency nursing procedures and protocols.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work efficiently under pressure in high-stress situations.
