Suppliers, for this role, we're hoping to identify a candidate who has demonstrated deeper ownership and progression within an accounting function and is operating at a level that would position them to grow into a Senior Accountant role in the near future. The ideal candidate would not only have strong general ledger experience and significant responsibility for month-end close and reconciliations, but also proven analytical skills, and evidence of increased ownership and development within their accounting career.

As we continue the search, I would still like to focus on candidates who are already functioning as strong, seasoned accountants with substantial general ledger accounting ownership, financial reporting, account analysis, variance investigation, and complex accounting responsibilities, and who are on the verge of taking the next step into a Senior Accountant role in the near future.
