Como Agente de Atencin al Cliente, sers la conexin vital entre AXA PARTNERS y nuestros clientes en situaciones de asistencia y seguros. Tu misin ser brindar un servicio excepcional, resolver consultas y garantizar que cada interaccin sea una experiencia positiva y tranquilizadora.
Responsabilidades:
- Atender proactivamente las consultas de los clientes, especializndote en situaciones de asistencia y seguros.
- Proporcionar informacin clara y detallada sobre nuestros servicios y procesos de reclamacin.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos internos para garantizar soluciones rpidas y efectivas.
- Contribuir al continuo mejoramiento de nuestros estndares de atencin al cliente.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en servicio al cliente es un plus, pero no esencial.
- Habilidades comunicativas excepcionales y una actitud orientada al cliente.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar mltiples tareas.
- Actitud proactiva y resolutiva frente a desafos.
Ofrecemos:
- Horario: de domingo a domingo con un da compensatorio a la semana, turnos rotativos de 8 horas diarias.
- Salario: $1.750.905 + auxilio de transporte + recargos + esquema de bonificacin ($400.000) + plan de beneficios
