Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial intake assessments for new clients to identify their mental health concerns, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and tailored interventions.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Mindfulness-Based Therapy as appropriate.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and keep abreast of insurance billing processes to support seamless administrative operations.

Your role will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
