AA Lares Insurance Services, Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Sales Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for a driven insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems for business clients, and growing a profitable book of business.
What You’ll Do
Prospect, develop, and close new commercial insurance accounts
Manage and grow an existing book of commercial business
Assess client risks and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Work closely with account managers and carriers to deliver excellent service
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Stay current on market trends, carrier appetites, and coverage options
What We’re Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or commercial lines service
Strong understanding of commercial coverages (BOP, GL, WC, Auto, Property, etc.)
Proven sales ability or strong potential to produce and grow accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Active insurance license (or ability to maintain one)
