Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized intakes that assess clients’ mental health needs and background information.

• Develop personalized therapy plans using various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Deliver compassionate and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Engage in continuous evaluation of therapy progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely records in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular training, workshops, and professional development to stay informed about contemporary mental health practices and research.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to enhance the overall quality of client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of three years of clinical counseling experience, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to cultivate rapport with a broad spectrum of clients.

• Proficient in using EMR software and related technologies for documenting client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LPC position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client load.
