Compensation and Benefits Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) reduction of 3% for most bargaining units, 4.62% for Unit 16. Up to 5 PLP‑2025 leave credits per month through June 2027. Recruitment and retention stipend: $10,000 one‑time and up to $20,000 in differential during first year. Referral bonus: $5,000 for existing CDCR/CCHCS employees who refer a successful candidate who remains employed for 90 days. Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Senior Psychologist, Correctional Facility (CF) or the Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker, CF: Conduct assessments, provide group therapy, and participate in collateral conferences. Summarize case information for diagnosis and treatment planning. Diagnose and collaborate on treatment formulation. Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team. Document and evaluate patients’ progress in treatment. Coordinate placement with community resources and the Classification and Parole Representative.
