Learning Experience Designer

Independently managing detailed learning design and production, the full-time Learning Experience Designer will collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to create high-quality e-learning and blended learning experiences in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Collaborate with Learning Solutions Consultants and stakeholders to translate needs into detailed learning designs and production-ready materials Design, develop, and maintain various instructional materials, including facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and assessments Utilize AI-enabled workflows to enhance content development and ensure quality before final delivery Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in adult education, instructional design, or a related field, with four or more years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design practices Proficiency in creating learning assets using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and at least one e-learning authoring platform Demonstrated capability in using generative AI for developing and verifying learning materials Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts
