Job Title: Project Coordinator Job Description

Utilize advanced software tools and technologies to support data analysis and program reporting. Independently collect, analyze, and interpret cross-bore program data. Work closely with engineering, operations, safety, and other internal teams to support program initiatives. Provide administrative and operational support for program activities. Provide expertise in cross-bore safety practices and regulations. Contribute to process improvements and best practices in cross-core program management. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry organizations on compliance.

• Coordinate project activities and documentation.
• Utilize MS Office Suite for project administration and reporting.
• Support construction operations through data entry and document control.
• Schedule meetings and provide administrative support.
• Ensure compliance with cross-bore safety practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on program initiatives.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in project coordination and administration.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supporting utility or field/construction operations is a plus.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule with four days in the office and one work-from-home day, typically on Fridays. Initially, there may be a requirement to be in the office five days a week during the training period. The work location is in Joliet, IL, not at the main headquarters. The role is set within a dynamic and supportive team environment that encourages professional growth.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Joliet, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
