The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule with limited to no weekend work or on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities

As a Dermatology Physician Assistant, you will:

• Partner with the supervising physician to provide coordinated patient care, ensuring effective communication and shared decision-making.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand dermatological conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform and assist in surgical procedures, ensuring the highest standards of care during operations and post-operative follow-ups.
• Manage a caseload of patients independently once training is complete, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our internal support team to facilitate efficient patient flow and address any patient inquiries or concerns.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment details accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Participate in continuous education and training initiatives to enhance your dermatological knowledge and skills.

Compensation and Benefits
