Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients suffering from chronic pain by reviewing medical histories, performing comprehensive physical examinations, and assessing pain severity.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to create individualized, evidence-based pain management plans that may include medication management, physical rehabilitation, and interventional procedures.
• Patient Education: Provide educational resources and counseling to empower patients, helping them to understand their conditions and engage actively in their treatment decisions.
• Procedural Assistance: Participate in various minimally invasive pain management procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, and joint injections. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the process.
• Follow-up Care: Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and providing continuous support and counseling, crucial to maintaining optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population at Cardinal Medical Center consists of individuals suffering from chronic pain conditions, including but not limited to arthritis, neuropathic pain, muscle pain, and post-surgical pain. Qualifications

• Completion of a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 to 160,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
