Key Responsibilities

• Administer high-quality neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers, ensuring patient comfort and optimal aesthetic results.
• Conduct comprehensive skincare consultations to understand patient needs and recommend appropriate retail products and services.
• Utilize advanced technologies such as Diode Lasers for hair removal, IPL devices, PRP, Micro-needling, and Chemical Peels to deliver superior treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to strict documentation protocols by maintaining meticulous records in patient files, ensuring compliance with medical standards.
• Establish a consistent follow-up procedure to enhance patient retention and satisfaction.
• Educate patients regarding post-treatment care and answer any questions related to their medical treatments.
• Implement and uphold infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for both patients and staff.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements by participating in workshops and collaborating with peers.
• Embrace accountability in all aspects of your practice while demonstrating loyalty to our brand and mission.
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies for treatment packages and retail product promotions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Physician Assistant license in good standing, with relevant certifications such as PA-C being preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in a medical spa, plastic surgery office, or similar healthcare setting with a focus on aesthetics.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ideally with at least one year of hands-on experience.
• Experience in high-quality aesthetic injections and a track record of successful patient interactions in a clinical environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to USD 250,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
