Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and comprehensive assessments of patients presenting with various dermatological conditions.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, such as skin biopsies and imaging studies, to accurately identify and address clinical problems.
• Prescribe effective medications and develop treatment plans for a wide range of dermatological issues, ensuring best practices are followed to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on skincare regimens, preventive measures, and treatment options for various skin conditions, fostering an informed patient environment.
• Make appropriate referrals to specialists when complex cases arise, ensuring continuity of care and comprehensive treatment.
• Document all patient interactions and care provided within the electronic medical record system, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including dermatologists and surgical teams, to coordinate multidisciplinary patient care effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve adult patients, many of whom seek treatment for chronic skin conditions, cosmetic concerns, or surgical interventions. Our client base values personalized care, and as a Nurse Practitioner, your role will involve understanding each patient's unique needs, addressing their concerns, and customizing treatment plans that prioritize their satisfaction and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) with a focus on dermatology or a related field is required.
• A valid Nurse Practitioner license, with no restrictions, is necessary for this role.
• Experience of at least 2 years in medical dermatology, including practical exposure to surgical procedures.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients and maintain effective teamwork with colleagues.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing actively within a collaborative healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems for seamless documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in plastic surgery or familiarity with complex dermatological surgical procedures is highly desirable. A strong interest in and understanding of both medical and aesthetic dermatology will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 140,000 to USD 150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
