As a Nurse Practitioner at Derma Experts, you will operate in an onsite setting that emphasizes personalized patient engagement and quality service. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care in collaboration with dermatologists, guiding both cosmetic and medical dermatology consultations.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding treatment options, post-care instructions, and preventative skin care to enhance their dermatological health.
• Ensure adherence to departmental policies and procedures while upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.
• Participate in regular staff meetings and continuing education programs, maintaining a commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Utilize age-specific customer service skills to enhance patient experiences, addressing diverse patient populations’ needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care protocols as necessary, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain clinical documentation accurately using electronic health records (EHR) systems, safeguarding patient confidentiality and information.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required during procedures and patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Nurse Practitioner will cater to a diverse patient population, ranging from pediatric to geriatric clients experiencing various dermatological issues including acne, eczema, skin cancer, and aesthetic procedures. You will play a key role in fostering a patient-centered approach that considers individual requests and conditions, ensuring personalized care for every patient.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a master's degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
• Active Nurse Practitioner Certification (NP-C) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required, emphasizing dermatology or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits
