HR/Payroll Assistant - Grieco Automotive Group (Delray Beach)

Grieco Automotive Group is seeking a professional, positive, and detail-oriented HR/Payroll Assistant to join our team. This is a new addition to the department as we continue to take on expanded responsibilities within the organization.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assist with new-hire orientations
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration
• Assist with the daily administration of employee insurance benefits, including enrollments, terminations, and changes
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Serve as a liaison between employees and the HR team
• Respond to employee questions and requests with excellent customer service
• Support HR with projects, reporting, and additional departmental duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Willingness to learn and collaborate effectively with team members
• 4+ years of HR-related administrative experience
• Automotive dealership industry experience preferred
• CDK / ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must pass a pre-employment background check

Experience:
Human Resources: 4 years (preferred)
