Director of Client Success

Seeking an entrepreneurial individual, the full-time remote Director of Client Success will manage and expand a portfolio of health plan customers, collaborating with internal teams to drive onboarding, engagement, and strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of health plan clients, ensuring successful onboarding and value demonstration Partner with the Implementation team to establish effective communication and alignment with health plan clients Consult with clients to develop measurable goals and execute comprehensive member engagement strategies aligned with Progyny's offerings Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in enterprise-level customer success or account management, preferably within health plans Proven track record of managing national and regional health plans across various lines of business Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously Experience building relationships with C-level executives and customer stakeholders Understanding of data and key metrics relevant to client success and ROI
