Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand and evaluate each client's mental health needs, establishing rapport and trust during initial and ongoing consultations.
• Devise and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to meet the unique goals of clients, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.
• Regularly engage in program development and quality improvement initiatives, contributing your insights to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting progress and adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective support remains aligned with evolving client needs.
• Participate in clinical supervision and peer consultation to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain licensure requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• A valid and current licensure as LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a thorough understanding of therapeutic methods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients from various backgrounds.
• Proficiency in managing and utilizing technology for telehealth practices, ensuring effective virtual engagements with clients.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling, crisis intervention, or specialized certifications in mental health therapies (such as trauma-informed care) will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous for maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
