Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain insight into clients' mental health needs, personal history, and treatment goals, ensuring a clear understanding from the first interaction.
• Facilitate a variety of therapy sessions—both individual and group—to address complex mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, utilizing evidence-based modalities like CBT and DBT.
• Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans that align therapeutic interventions with each client's unique needs and aspirations, promoting a goal-oriented approach to their mental health journey.
• Provide immediate support through crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring that they receive timely assistance and are connected with appropriate resources.
• Educate clients on mental health topics, coping strategies, and available support services within the community, empowering them with knowledge to facilitate their recovery journeys.
• Maintain meticulous client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measures, while ensuring compliance with all relevant ethical and legal standards.
