Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and devise tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health challenges, fostering community among participants.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, helping clients to navigate acute situations safely.
• Provide education to clients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources in the community.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in adherence to both legal and ethical standards.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education events to stay informed about best practices and innovations in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients comprise a diverse group facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders (e.g., PTSD), and more. As a member of our team, you will work closely with individuals from different backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to honor each client’s unique experiences and circumstances. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
• Strong understanding of common mental health disorders and the latest evidence-based treatment methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing effective treatment programs.
• Proficient in providing individual and group therapy, with experience serving a diverse patient population.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and professional boundaries at all times.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and other relevant software necessary for telehealth practice.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with various therapeutic modalities and familiarity with outcome measurement tools.
• Background in providing therapy in a telehealth format is highly desirable.
• Additional certifications or specialized training in specific areas of mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive compensation, our benefits package includes:
