Work Environment

As a remote facility with an outpatient focus, we encourage our professionals to provide therapy in a flexible manner that accommodates our clients’ schedules. While the standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, practitioners may occasionally need to attend to client sessions during evenings or weekends. This adaptable schedule allows counselors to engage with clients when they need support the most. Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough clinical assessments of clients to ascertain their specific mental health needs through interviews, standardized tests, and observational methods.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the individual goals of clients, utilizing methodologies appropriate for various mental health conditions.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing suitable therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse client backgrounds and circumstances.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychologists, social workers, and other counselors, to create comprehensive care strategies.
• Maintain and manage confidential client records in line with legal, ethical, and organizational standards to ensure privacy and security.
• Engage in professional development activities, ongoing training, and clinical supervision opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, mood disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use issues. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their emotional challenges and foster resilience through tailored therapeutic interventions. The aim is to empower clients to improve their mental health and contribute positively to their community.

Qualifications

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience and success in conducting individual and group therapy in mental health settings.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices applicable to the treatment of various mental health disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to ethical standards and a strong understanding of safeguarding client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated ability to implement a range of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other modalities.
• Previous involvement in workshops or trainings related to current mental health practices and developments in the field.
• Experience working in a remote environment or with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits

Dynamic Living Mental Healthcare is proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
