Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients’ mental health status and tailor treatment strategies to meet their specific needs.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the therapeutic goals articulated by clients, promoting their overall emotional and psychological well-being.
• Provide individual therapy sessions to adults, applying evidence-based, solution-focused approaches that facilitate meaningful behavioral changes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits
