Work Environment

This full-time role is primarily remote, allowing you flexibility in your work schedule while still engaging with our outpatient office environment. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening or weekend appointments to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing appropriate diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual goals, focusing on best practices and innovative therapeutic methods.
• Provide individual counseling, as well as couples and group therapy sessions to diverse populations, leveraging effective therapeutic interventions.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive care and follow-ups for every client.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, contributing to a culture of accountability and trust.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, participating in clinical supervision and case conferences to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role directly impacts clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders. Our center also specializes in addiction recovery and trauma treatment. You will be serving clients from various backgrounds, assisting them in navigating their emotions and thereby fostering resilience and personal growth.

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.
• A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy, with a track record of effective outcomes.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a commitment to ongoing education in mental health practices.
