Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Kansas license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ardent Health.

Additional Details:

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Preferred Skills/Experience: 2 years experience preferred (will consider less!). Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.

Unit Details: Adult and geriatric patient population. General medical unit that cares for a variety of illnesses and conditions. Care for stable remote telemetry monitored patients who are not on cardiac drips.

Shift & Scheduling: Flexible contract hours: 36 or 48 per week. Some weekends required.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 2 years
