Key Personnel is seeking a Part-Time Personal Assistant in Tulsa, OK.

Job Title : Personal Assistant
Location: Tulsa, OK
Hours: Approximately 3 days per week to start then Full-Time after | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $20.00–$25.00/hour DOE

Personal Assistant Job Summary

Our client is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide administrative and household support. This position is responsible for managing schedules, organizing files, coordinating vendors, running errands, and assisting with projects to help keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.

Personal Assistant Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and schedule personal and professional appointments.
• Organize and maintain household and financial files.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Assist with preparing a home for sale by coordinating with the listing agent and scheduling vendors.
• Run personal errands as needed.
• Assist with general household organization and administrative tasks.
• Work alongside existing household staff, including cleaners and laundry attendants.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and financial matters.
• Perform additional administrative and personal support duties as assigned.

Personal Assistant Administrative & Organizational Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
• Track important deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
• Organize paperwork, records, and household documents.
• Communicate professionally with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Assist with project coordination and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Help maintain an organized and efficient home environment.

Personal Assistant Technical & Software Skills

Required:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong computer and internet navigation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Household Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
• Experience coordinating multiple schedules, vendors, and projects.

Personal Assistant Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must present a polished and professional demeanor appropriate for client interaction
• Previous administrative or personal assistant experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 15–20 pounds.
• Non-smoker preferred.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• The ideal candidate has the flexibility to accommodate occasional scheduling changes and project needs.
