About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of IT, Digital & AI to spearhead the next phase of enterprise technology transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating core IT capabilities with advanced digital and AI-driven innovation, with a focus on enabling data-driven decision-making, operational efficiency, and new value creation. This executive will work closely with the CIO and executive leadership team to define and execute a business-aligned digital and AI strategy, ensuring the responsible and secure deployment of emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage. Key responsibilities for the role include defining and executing a unified IT, digital, and AI strategy, identifying high-value opportunities for AI, analytics, and automation, and leading the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives. The VP will also be tasked with establishing AI governance frameworks, leading digital transformation initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous innovation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 12 years' progressive IT leadership experience, a strong understanding of AI/ML, data platforms, analytics, and enterprise IT architecture, and a proven track record of influencing and communicating effectively with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders. Experience in manufacturing, chemical, or industrial environments, as well as with Azure cloud, IoT, and operational technology (OT) environments, is preferred.
