Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Empathic Pathways Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of individuals and families to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Facilitating both couples therapy sessions and individual therapy, offering specialized support for diverse issues.

• Managing cases that may involve complex family dynamics, including but not limited to blended families, grief and loss, and conflicts among family members.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and the latest digital technology to provide accessible care.

• Documenting clinical notes and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to all regulatory requirements.

• Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will range across various demographics, enabling you to work with adults, children, and adolescent populations. You will specifically address a multitude of scenarios, such as:

Qualifications\n
