ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
With over 40 years of experience with State Farm, Ive dedicated my entire career to serving customers and building strong relationships. I started right out of college in Auto Claims, spent 12 years there, and opened my agency in 1996. Since then, weve built a strong foundation centered on trust, service, and long-term relationships.

Our team includes six full-time and two part-time members who work closely together in a supportive, collaborative environment. We take pride in delivering a high level of service while maintaining a positive, team-first culture.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
David Frederickson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
