Overview Executive Chef 80-100 Executive Chef – 5Church: K5 Hospitality, a leader in the Atlanta dining scene, is seeking a passionate and driven Executive Chef to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to lead a talented culinary team in a high-volume, chef-driven kitchen where creativity, leadership, and consistency are valued above all else. Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop the culinary team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Create innovative menus that reflect our concept while balancing food and labor costs. Oversee daily kitchen operations, including prep, service, and closing procedures. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards. Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and ordering systems. Collaborate with ownership and management on menu planning, events, and seasonal offerings. Foster a culture of respect, accountability, and hospitality within the kitchen. Qualifications Culinary degree from an accredited institution (required). Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Advanced culinary skills with a passion for creativity and consistency. Solid understanding of cost control, scheduling, and labor management. ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure.
