This role is ideal for a licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys coaching teams, managing salon operations, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Join the largest hair salon team in the Charlotte region - Team Bailey operates 14 Sport Clips locations across Charlotte, Matthews, Wesley Chapel, Indian Trail, Gastonia, Belmont, Concord, Kannapolis, and Harrisburg.
