Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and regularly monitor progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options to enhance accessibility for clients, particularly those facing geographical or health-related barriers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to uphold regulatory and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Bridge offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, you will benefit from:
