We are looking for someone to join our team as an entry-level associate who is eager to learn the ropes of business development from the ground up. ResponsibilitiesBuild a foundation of product knowledge by learning the nuances of our service offerings inside and out.
Connect with local business owners to understand their current challenges and share how we might offer a better path forward.
Manage your daily activity schedule, ensuring you have the time and energy to engage meaningfully with potential partners.
Collaborate with the broader sales group to refine your pitch and learn effective strategies for long-term growth.
Maintain accurate notes on your interactions, helping us provide a seamless and thoughtful experience for every person you meet.
RequirementsA high school diploma or equivalent.
Strong comfort level engaging in conversation with new people.
Basic proficiency with computers and web-based applications.
Reliable transportation for travel within the Wauwatosa area.
Demonstrated curiosity and a desire to learn how businesses operate.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role like retail or hospitality is helpful but not required.
