Executive Assistant

Assignment: Temporary through February 2027, with possible extension. Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a C-Suite Executive of a respected organization in the Columbus area. You’d be this Executive's day-to-day administrative partner, keeping a demanding calendar organized and the office running smoothly. You’ll work alongside a second Executive Assistant who supports the office part-time, so clear communication and teamwork are important. Key Responsibilities Manage a complex, fast-moving calendar: scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings and commitments Coordinate meeting logistics with senior leadership, board members and external stakeholders Screen and handle phone calls, emails and correspondence Prepare documents, meeting materials and reports Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Partner with the office’s other Executive Assistant to keep coverage seamless Other administrative duties as assigned Qualifications 3–4 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience Advanced calendar management skills Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable juggling shifting priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr Ferretti Search
