Key Responsibilities

• Deliver independent, advanced-level clinical expertise to evaluate and manage patient health outcomes effectively.
• Provide care for chronic stable health conditions, conduct routine physical examinations, and respond to acute or critical care situations in accordance with established protocols.
• Perform a variety of non-invasive and invasive medical procedures, including necessary surgical interventions, as part of comprehensive patient management plans.
• Utilize clinical judgment to make autonomous patient care decisions while collaborating with attending physicians and healthcare team members when required.
• Act as a mentor and educational resource for nursing staff, residents, and other healthcare professionals, facilitating knowledge sharing and improving overall care standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be providing care to a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and geriatric women, facing a range of health issues from preventive care to more complex medical concerns in obstetrics and gynecology. Your expertise will help shape their health decisions, empowering them to take charge of their health and wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree, Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or Doctorate in Nursing (PhD) from an accredited School of Nursing.
• A valid Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Texas, with no restrictions.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS/CPR) certification.
• DEA certification obtained within three months of employment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in outpatient clinical care specifically within obstetrics and gynecology settings, with over two years of recent experience.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with triage protocols and critical thinking in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Familiarity with clinical quality improvement and performance enhancement methodologies that drive patient satisfaction and safety.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for patient education and health coaching.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals and initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $220,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
